Sam turned 9 on Monday! It is hard to believe my little boy is already 9 years old. Sam was born on a beautiful, sunny day. His delivery was by far the easiest of all my children. Immediately upon his arrival we could feel his sweet, calm spirit. He has always been such a good boy, and always so willing to please us. He rarely has a mean thing to say. In fact, one of our funniest memories was when Sam was about 4 years old. He was mad at me for something and he said "you mean and wude!" About 2 minutes later he came to me and said "towwy mommy." We love our Sam-a-lama-ding-dong!

BTW Amy , you look pretty darn good in that hospital pic, did you have make-up on(?!) and the hair is FAB-O , of-course :)

Amy, That has got to be the best hospital picture of a new mother I have ever seen. Are you sure you really had him? Or did you just jump in the bed to take a photo? he he. Cute family
